WORKPLACE MINDFULNESS

Our meditation program for the workplace is designed for leaders and individual contributors at companies and organizations of all sizes. It offers evidence-based meditation techniques which can be applied at work and in daily life on an ongoing basis.

Participants will learn how to steady attention, reset during stressful moments, and approach challenges with greater clarity and less reactivity.

Our workshops are led by experienced teachers from Cambridge Zen Center who have spent decades in meditation practice and teaching. They bring a grounded, practical approach, helping participants translate meditation into real tools for work and daily life.

Meditation Instruction

Instructions on posture, breathing, and focus.

Meditation Practice

Practice sitting and walking meditation alongside an experienced teacher.

Debreif and Q&A

Discuss Zen-informed tools for operating with focus and wisdom in work situations.

30–45 minutes

Resources

Discuss resources to establish a personal mindfulness practice.
